LearnAIPath delivers tailored AI education, training, and advisory services to individuals, students, and organizations, both on-site and remotely, as outlined on our website.

3. Contract Formation

A contract is established upon enrolling in a course via our platform or email. Confirmation will be sent electronically.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are in CAD including taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are required in advance via bank transfer, credit card, or online payment service. Invoices are due immediately.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the session are fully refundable.

For cancellations within 48 hours, 50% of the fee will be withheld.
No-shows without notification are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Copyright & Content Usage

All course materials, graphics, and content on LearnAIPath.com are protected by copyright. Use or distribution requires prior written approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

LearnAIPath does not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Our educational support is intended for guidance. Liability applies only in cases of gross negligence or intent.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Canadian law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The current version at the time of enrollment will apply.
